February 1995 - a non-governmental educational institution “ Training Center PRESTIGE ” is established in Moscow. |

Purpose of the Center creation is to organize an integrated system of varied vocational training, retraining and professional development of personnel of the guard agencies and security services.
The Center was founded by the members of KGB Central Machinery Operative-combat Training Department, special subdivision “Vympel” and by the instructors who have wide practical experience in training of operative staff, educational institutions` audience, personnel of special subdivisions and forces of State security agencies, as well as foreign business trips.
From the time of its establishment the Center became a member of the "GROUP OF COMPANIES “GRANT-VYMPEL” founded by the subdivision “Vympel” personnel.

June 1995 - the Center as an independent legal entity was included into the Association “ Union of Independent Services for Assistance to Commercial Security” (SSB), created by the members of subdivision “ALFA”. |
| November 1996 - a Branch was established by the Center in the city of Ryazan. |
December 1998 - in view of increase in demand for qualitative vocational training, necessity in setting up of new trends and courses, a decision, along with the authorities of SSB, to establish in the city of Moscow a Training Center “ALFA-PRESTIGE” was taken. |
| April 1999 - a Training Center “Alfa-PRESTIGE-T” was established in the city of Tula. |
1999 - a decision to combine the educational institutions into a GROUP OF TRAINING CENTERS “ALFA-PRESTIGE” was made.

| Goals of team-work: |
- to unify intellectual property and educational and material resources;
- to improve programs and training methods;
- to arrange training process with the use of United Exclusive Programs;
- to expand a system of educational services;
- to rise the level of legal competence of citizen;
- to develop advisory services;
- to provide social adaptation of military personnel;
- to provide military and patriotic education.

Since 2004 the Group of Centers “ALFA-PRESTIGE” has closely collaborated with All-Russian Association of Detectives in Russia. |
On February 2005 the Training Centre “ALFA-PRESTIGE” became a member of Association of Non-commercial Security Structures in Moscow. |
