Basic course of training of “ Private Body-Guards ” consists of 240 hours ( 5 weeks ). Training is carried out during daylight hours.
The course of training being completed, the listeners sit for final exams and get the Certificate of the established form. A qualification of a “ Private Body-Guard ” is given.
Programs on retraining and professional development are conducted on the basis of elementary preparation course only.

- Legal regulation of private protective activity.
Legal basis of private protective activity (overall performance of the legislation governing private protective activity);
The Law of the Russian Federation “On Private Detective and Protective Activity in the Russian Federation ” is the main law governing private protective activity;
The Law of the Russian Federation “On Militia”. Implementation of its rules and regulations in private protective activity;
The Federal Law “On Arms”. Rules of the law governing the use of fire-arms in private protective activity;
The Federal Law “On Licensing of Separate Kind of Activity” of June 13, 2001.
Implementation of its rules and regulations in private protective activity.
Legal basis for rendering assistance to the law-enforcement agencies by private protective firms in enforcement of law and combating terrorism.
- Implementation of institutions and criminal standards, administrative, procedural criminal and employment law in private protective activity.
Right to necessary defence. Absolute necessity. Right to detain a person who has committed a crime. Typical offences committed against life and health.
Prevention of crimes against life and health.
Use of legal institutions and rules when protecting life and health of a client while moving in the car. Crimes and administrative offences against property. Ways of their prevention and suppression. Implementation of rules of procedural criminal and employment law.
- Liability of body-guards for commission of offences when executing their duties.
Criminal liability of body-guards for exceeding commissions or improper discharging of duties on protection of arms, ammunitions, explosives and explosive devices, as well as for offences committed during the execution of duties in the field of turnover of fire-arms, cold steel and gas weapons, ammunitions, explosives and explosive devices.

- Arrangement of check-point regime at guarded objects. Description of a person. Discerning of the most widespread ways of documents forgery.
- Official documentation.
- Protection of goods and valuables transportation. Protection of life and health of citizens.
- Classification of emergency situations. Forecasting of possible non-standard situations and urgent actions in case of their occurrence.
- Co-operation with agencies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs responsible for supporting public order when mass activities are held.

- Inspection of vehicles, premises, possessions and correspondence with the object to discover explosive assemblies. Security measures and behaviour when suspicious articles are found.
- Technical means of objects protection and observance. Fire safety measures in guarded objects.

- General kinds, tactic and technical features of official weapon, gas pistols and revolvers, mechanical sprayers, aerosol devices and other special means authorized by the existing legislation for use by private security guards.

- Grounds, order and rules of fire-arms and special means use. Order of keeping agencies of internal affairs informed about the use of fire-arms.
- Conducting of practice shooting with the use of official weapons.
