Private Detectives Training
|
Basic course of training of “ Private Detective Training ” consists of 240 hours . Training is carried out during daylight hours. Listeners with higher legal education are accepted for the course.
The course of training being completed the listeners sit for final exams and get the Certificate of the established form. A qualification of a “ Private Detective ” is given.
Programs on retraining and professional development are conducted on the basis of elementary preparation course only.
Program “ Private Detectives Retraining ” – 72 hours.
Program “ Private Detectives Professional Development ” – 50 hours. |

| Legal Training |
- Administrative Law (Definition, essence and objectives of the administrative law. Main definitions and interconnection of administrative law and private detective activity. Legislation about administrative offences. Administrative offences in the field of business, finance, tax and dues and security market. General description of proceedings on administrative offences matters.)
- Civil Law (Concept and subject of civil law legal regulation. Civil legislation. Interconnection of civil law and private detective activity. Objects of civil law. Right of property. Definition and types of contracts. Requirements and order of conclusion a contract.)
- Civil Procedural Law (Definition and essence of the civil procedural law. Civil procedural legislation. Participants of civil procedure with whom a detective is entitled to conclude a contract on collection of evidence in civil case. Use of evidence obtained by detective when civil proceedings has been instituted and is under investigation. Participation of a detective during civil procedure.)
- Criminal Law (Importance of criminal law for private detective activity. Circumstances exclusive criminality of an act. Their importance for private detective activity. Crimes against life and health, against property and in economic field.)
- Criminal procedure (Criminal procedure and private detective activity. Participants of criminal procedure with whom a detective is entitled to conclude a contract on collection of evidence in criminal case. Participation of a detective during criminal procedure. Use of evidence obtained by a detective for criminal case institution. Use of data obtained by a detective in the course of criminal case investigation.)
- Legal Regulation of the Private Detective Activity (Legal basis of private detective activity. Subjects of private detective activity and their powers. Types of detective services and their features. Licensing of private detective activity. Actions and limitations in private detective activity. Requirements to the contract on detective services provision. Use of special and technical means in private detective activity. Co-operation between private detectives and law-enforcement agencies, control and supervision of private detective activity.)
- Responsibility for Offences Committed During Private Detective Activity (Criminal liability for abuse of authority (Article 203 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and violation of rights and freedom of nationals during detective activity. Administrative and civil responsibility of a private detective.)

- Protection of official and commercial secrets in enterprises with different forms of property.
- Kinds of information, possible ways of information leak and protective devices.
- General provisions of procedure of separate types of crimes investigation. Methods of collection of evidence in criminal and civil cases. Tactics of questioning of citizens and officials.
- Actions of a detective on searching of property lost.
- Search of missing citizens.
- Collection of information when preparing for business negotiations.
- Establishment of circumstances of unlawful use of trademarks and names and unfair competition in business-like activity.
- Clarification of some biographic and other features of persons before a labour or other contract is being concluded.
- Co-operation of private detectives with law-enforcement agencies.
- Private detective protection.
- Procedure and security measures when suspicious objects are found.

| Special Devices |
- Function, technical features and general arrangement of gas weapon (gas pistols and revolvers, including ammunitions, mechanical sprays, aerosols and other devices filled with tear-gas and other irritants admitted by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation ) and other special devices.
- Security measures when handling and keeping special devices. Use conditions of gas pistols, revolvers and aerosol devices. Methods of protection from assault with the use of special devices.

- Communication psychology of a detective with different people in the course of activity. Conflict situations, their typification and forecasting.
